Start 2026 with clarity, creativity and purpose!

Hi Reader

There’s a moment, as we picture a new year, when we start to feel a sense of possibility and new beginnings. What should I focus on? What should I build? What will matter most this year?

🌍 If 2025 had a theme, it was uncertainty.

With sweeping changes reshaping our work and home lives, our focus keeps changing, and many of the approaches that used to work don’t have the same effects. So how do we find what does?

To thrive in a shifting landscape, we need to re‑centre our focus, authentically — around who we are, what drives us, and where we can make the most meaningful impact.

That’s why I’m excited to announce two online workshops designed to help you start the new year with clarity, creativity, and purpose:

  • Innovation Strategy: Find Your Niche (Jan 6 & 8) — Discover your authentic innovation niche and build a resilient strategy.

Leading from the middle The missing perspective Hi Reader ‘Leading from the middle’ is different. If you've ever been stuck between conflicting needs, vague organisational directions clashing with specific implementation details, and decisions that don’t quite fit their context, you'll know. The challenges are different. My own leadership journey began in 2008, and I’ve been coaching and training mid-level leaders for over a decade. My education started as I moved from project manager to...
